Some of you may remember us as the duo behind Browns’ Kitchen Restaurant in Sidmouth, which is where our cake journey really began. Liv produced all of the cakes and scones for the restaurant and was constantly trying out new recipes and creating new products as her passion for baking grew.

 

She made a birthday cake for a friend that was posted on Instagram and the orders for celebration cakes started to increase (power of social media ey!). Once we sold the restaurant in October 2019, we decided to focus full-time on our little Cakery and Browns’ Kitchen Bakery was born.

Liv and mumma Louise spend hours and hours trialling and creating new products so that the business constantly evolves and follows all the latest cake trends. Each and every custom cake is made with the best ingredients and a whole lotta love – cake really is our passion and it shows with everything we produce.
